We have emailed the Administrator several times. Left comments and questions here on the forum, and we notice others have too.
We've gotten no responses to either our emails or questions, and we notice others haven't either.
It's getting close to when we are due to renew our account.
We are wondering if there is a problem with Toolator or the owner has abandoned this work?

I am having the same issue. I have asked for assistance in this forum and also sent emails, and I have not received a response.
I got a response quickly enough when I was paying to upgrade my account. Now that I am having a problem with the code, I suddenly can't get an answer no matter what avenue I use. Nice.

I`m sorry I didn`t answer your messages. I`ve been away for a while and wasn`t able to answer anyone.
I`m already busy to answer all the questions that where posted here and in my email-box.
Next time I`ll leave a message on the forum if I can`t answer questions for a specific period.
