IP Address Blocker

I paid for a gold membership believing I was able to block pesky IPs from harrassing me on my blog and prevent further stalking and violations of copyright material.
Far too many IP's who (I thought) had been blocked continue to resurface on MY blog.
I have asked for help, did not even get a reply.

Unless this is 'fixed' and works the way you say it works. Please delete my account, I will try to find an alternative website who can provide that 'effectively.' I'm very disapointed...
