Stalker piggybacking broadband signal

I've been having problems with a guy stalking me online (he IS someone I know) and successfully blocked his static IP address from my blog. Then a few weeks back he sent me a really vile message, having decided that a couple of unrelated blog posts were about him, bragging that he'd piggybacked someone's broadband signal to take a look at my blog. From my statcounter it was easy to work out which of the visitors was him, and I promptly added the IP address to the blocked ones.

That was the point at which I reported him to the police, who phoned him and told him to desist. All was quiet for a while.

However, over the last week or so he's had several unsuccessful attempts to access my blog from his regular IP address, but I noticed that yesterday he'd used the piggybacked one to gain access to my blog successfully - you could tell because he'd visited different pages.

Just in case I'd had a moment of mental aberration, I checked that the IP address was still on the blocked list - and it was. I also checked that Javascript was enabled in the browser - and it was. Is there anything I can do to keep the little **** off my blog if he's going to do the piggybacking?

Many thanks in advance!

Dear Puflet,

I`m sorry but blocking someone`s IP Address or blocking a range is the only option we support.
