IP Address Blocker

Hello,
I just emailed to cancel my upgraded account, but now see that you helped someone else successfully.

I upgraded basically to keep just a couple people (for now) off my blog. The code is right as when I test myself, I am redirected.

The person I most want OFF my blog, is visting with no problem. Help? If we can't fix this, I will just cancel my upgraded account, and all reports that tell me who has been on. It just irritates me, and I can do without the irritation.

I had it right. If I remember correctly the person has a fossil of a computer and did not have java. Whenever I would send her something that needed it she would say she couldn't open it, and that she was afraid to download anything. (Java download window came up.)

So, Guess there is nothing I can do. I will just stop looking at reports.

So, I've emailed with no response. I want to be sure, that after six months I will not automatically be charged for GOLD account again? I want to cancel now, as it is not working for me.

I just checked my email within those dates and I got nothing. Thank you for responding here and making the note that one, I've cancelled and two, not to charge me again.

Guess what? I just heard the couple of people I wanted to block and redirect DID get blocked and redirect! I didn't think it was working.
So, question. I am not sure if they were blocked way back when or recently. (Heard through the grapevine that they were) I looked at my blog and your code is still there. My account still says Gold. (I did pay for the six months)
Two questions: Is it still active and they were recently blocked and redirected? If so, WONDERFUL and how do I reinstate as far as I do not want to cancel at the end of six months.
Last question, do you give a little warning before taking payment?

Yes, your account and blocked ip`s are still active.
You did pay for 6 months, so your Gold-Account will stay active untill ending-date.

Yes, everyone will be personally informed before ending date. Approx 2 weeks before ending-date we will contact you.
